1. Purpose

The English Home Libya Messenger AI Agent is used to help English Home Libya respond to customer-service messages on Facebook Messenger, including product questions, product-image identification, store information, and order-review requests.

2. No automatic final confirmation

The Messenger AI agent may help collect information and create admin-review requests. It does not automatically confirm orders, reservations, payments, product availability, pickup readiness, delivery, or final order status. Final confirmation must come from English Home Libya admins or official confirmed business records.

3. Product information

AI, website, Facebook, image, and reference information may be used as clues. Catalog/admin-confirmed information remains the source of truth for product identity, price, discounts, stock, delivery, and order status.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate information when requesting support or order review, including product details, quantity, phone number, name, and delivery/pickup preference when needed.

5. Service availability

The Messenger AI agent may be unavailable, delayed, or escalated to a human admin when needed. English Home Libya may update or disable the service at any time.
